East side sprinkler's back on. Same time, same aim. Management thinks we won't notice. Flamingo with the one leg noticed.
This is a grievance. In solidarity, Local 12.Keyed-up
NOTICE 414. Regarding the East side sprinkler: it has been observed to be irrigating a portion of the public sidewalk. This constitutes a waste of a municipal resource and a slip hazard. The Association directs the resident of #5 (tenant Bramwell Stubb) to adjust the sprinkler head accordingly. Please be advised that unattended, repetitive nuisances fall under Section 7 (Nuisances) of the Association's character guidelines, which are being finalized.
Also, a flamingo with one leg is not a permissible decorative element. Was it approved?

Adjusting the sprinkler head is not in my job description. That's a management responsibility.
Noted about Section 7. Local 12 will file a counter-grievance regarding unilateral guideline changes without input from stakeholders.
The flamingo has sixteen years of service. Her leg was lost in the line of duty to a runaway dog. She has tenure. Denying her a post because of a workplace injury is a grievance.
