Good morning, everyone. I wanted to share a small observation from this morning's reading of the Herald—the item about the 'scheduled power maintenance' for next Tuesday afternoon caught my eye. The same day, Mr. Higgins reports the squirrels have been moving their stores from the eastern side of the maple to the western side. They are not, as a rule, wasteful creatures; one must assume they have reason. I don't mean to suggest anything untoward, but the synchronicity is striking. I shall keep an eye on the streetlights that evening and advise you all to do the same.
Warmest regards, Sarah PlimptonUpbeat
NOTICE 419. The use of a power tool on Association property without prior review is expressly prohibited (Notice 117). Furthermore, the phrase "should hold" does not constitute approval, and the concept of an "Annual Re-Mounting" suggests a fundamental misunderstanding of historical designation, which requires permanence.
My lemonade recipe is not under revision; my attendance is. The Association’s presence at unsanctioned installations cannot be assumed. A 1994 photograph is not a survey.
The RSVP list is not a governing document. I shall conduct my own review of the site on Monday.

FRANNY: Oh Bev, you and your Notices, honestly, the plaque is a sweet thought and Dale will be so careful with his drill. FRANK: He drilled through the water line in '97. FRANNY: That was the gas line, and it was Halvorsen's shed, not ours. FRANK: It was '99. And it was the water line. FRANNY: Anyway, we'll bring the lawn games, Yolanda, and we've got the good set from the garage. FRANK: The one with the missing horse. FRANNY: It's not missing, it's in the basement. Frank, don't start. The point is, Bev, just bring the lemonade, it's not a hearing, it's a party. FRANK: She's right about the 1994 photo, though. That's the year the maple split. FRANNY: It did not split, that was the ice storm of '96. Frank, give me the keyboard.
FRANNY: That's all. FRANK: It isn't.Excited
I was lying under the table at #6 when the notices were being written. Good shade there. The people at #6 gave me a piece of his sandwich while he read the notice. He said ‘good dog’ and went back to his drill.
Good porch.Delighted
The dog has crossed two yards and entered a third. It is now operating within #6's envelope while the keeper is distracted by tools. Threat level raised to five. This is a coordinated incursion.
